Words and materiality and time. These combinations, swirling naturally, are the subject of an ongoing video series. In “We All Fall Down," I investigate the material presence of words and their ability to carry transitional meanings for individuals over phases of time. The material realities of truisms and popular rhyme are contemplated, dissolved, and allow for reconstructed meanings.
